Jacobena has over 6 years local and international experience in the Events and Entertainment Industry.

Starting her career at Sony Music in the UK as an Artist Development Specialist , Jacobena also worked for Inflight Productions in New Zealand as content creation and production assistant.

In the events arena in Australia, she was National Events Manager for the Print & Visual Communications Association where she designed  and managed state and national events (live and virtual) as well as being on the board for planning for PrintEx19 , organising conferences for attendees and exhibitors. 

At Alive, Jacobena supports the production team across all projects and is driven by creativity and a passion for operations and problem solving,  right down to the smallest detail. As project coordinator, she also works across stakeholder management and production logistics.
